I am unable to remove apps from my daughter's ipad mini. On the ipad when I press them and they begin to wiggle there is no "x" in the corner. In iTunes on my computer the "remove" button is greyed out. There are no restrictions set on the ipad. I've tried resetting the ipad. Help?
