Make sure the sound on your TV isn't muted. Push the Mute button on your TV remote. A display on screen should show if the TV is now muted, or not. You want to be sure the TV is not muted. I have tried reconnecting my speakers and that does not seem to be the issue. Select “Sound” Select “Audio settting” Select “Stereo” or “SAP” Note: These setting may only be availble if SAP is available on that channel. I purchased a 50" Roku tv in December 2019. It is not hooked up to any sound system or anything but the wifi, antenna and xbox. Every once in a while the sound would not sync with the picture.
