Lisa, the member of Skyscanner was quick and prompt in responding to my concern regarding a rate conflict that i have to face while booking my tickets(via Go to Gate), i did contact go to gate and sky scanner, Go to Gate did not respond but Lisa did proactively respond and she ensured that my concern was resolved. Skyscanner gets the prices from providers (airlines and online travel agents). Now a lot of these online travel agents do not have live prices, do not show all their hidden costs / fees. So in summary: Skyscanner is good to give you ideas re. routes, schedules. It can also give you some indications re. prices, but those have to be checked.
