On the laptop ww.starz.com- I can used the user ID + password it works fiine. On iPhone- the Starz app doesn't allow me to use the userID and when I out in the correct email on my profile; it keeps saying wrong email address. Also; I chatted and call them today. After 2 hours and being transfer through different departments- being on hold.
